A brand-new quarterly publication

For the people shaping the next generation of boutique destinations.

Terra Electa is a new editorial publication on the people, places and decisions behind boutique hospitality, lifestyle real estate and mixed-use destinations. Its first issue asks why some places become unmistakable, while others struggle to communicate the value they hold.

01The premise

The difference between being admired and being chosen.

Many destination projects are built with real feeling, intention and craft, and still the market moves past them. Rarely because the value is absent. More often because it has not yet been made clear enough to understand.

Terra Electa examines what closes that gap: founder identity, architecture, positioning, reputation, and the commercial judgement that allows a place to be trusted, remembered and chosen.

Published by Beth Anne & Co., a fractional strategic growth firm for boutique destinations. Edited by Beth O'Brien-Gore.
